Highlights:
- The IMF points to a deteriorating economic scenario in 2019 and 2020, also underlining the authorities' continued determination to pursue reforms;
- According to Minfin data, Angola exported 8.02 million carats in diamonds from January to November - 4.6% less than 2018;
- 17 proposals were considered for the diamond, iron and phosphate mining concessions;
- Economic sentiment worsened again in Q3 2019 to -7 points (-5 in Q2), according to INE.
