On August 9, 2021, begins the subscription period for the BFA PRIVATE II Investment Fund. Subscription is extensive to all BFA Customers (DPB) and will run until August 27, 2021.
The main objective of the Fund is to provide its participants with an investment opportunity in Kwanzas with increased profitability.
On the other hand, because it is a closed-end fund, it is suitable for investors who do not foresee the need to use the funds within the duration of the Fund's investments, that is, redemptions will only be allowed on the Fund's liquidation date which will occur until T+5 (working days) after April 4, 2023.
The minimum subscription amount is Kz 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Kwanzas) and only orders that comply with this requirement will be accepted.
