Opportunity IX is a Special Closed-end Securities Investment Fund, which aims to invest in opportunities detected in the Angolan Public Debt in local currency, and may also have a residual part of its assets invested in Bank Deposits of Banco de Fomento Angola, S.A.
Subscription is extensive to all BFA Customers and will run until 01 September 2021.
The main objective of the Fund is to provide its participants with an investment opportunity in Kwanzas with increased profitability.
On the other hand, since it is a closed-end Fund, it is adapted to investors who do not foresee the need to use the funds within the duration of the Fund's investments, that is, redemptions will only be allowed on the Fund's liquidation date which will occur until T+5 (working days) after February 5, 2023.
Subscription Amount
The minimum subscription amount is 100.000 Kz (One Hundred Thousand Kwanzas) and only the orders that meet the requirements will be accepted.
