Presentation of Banco de Fomento Angola’s Results for financial year 2021.

In a year marked by the devastating effects of the Covid-19 pandemic worldwide, and in Angola in particular, BFA’s Net Profit for 2021 increased significantly compared to 2020, by +74.2%, to reach AOA 156.5 billion.

 The increase of + AOA 66.6 billion in net profit had a positive impact on the Bank’s main profitability indicators, with ROA up +2.1 p.p. YoY at 5.7%.
