Operational insufficiencies

We have noted operational insufficiencies in the attendance platform and face-to-face operations at the branches, and work is underway to improve and stabilise them.

As an alternative, we suggest the use of the following channels: BFA Net/BFA Net Empresas, BFA App, ATMs and transactions via POS or Multicaixa Express.
