Over the past few weeks, multiple users have received SMSs and emails, alerting them to an account error and asking the customer to review some personal details, such as name, phone number, and BFA Net coordinates.
If you receive an email or SMS on behalf of BFA, requesting your pin or other personal data relating to your bank accounts, delete immediately and do not open any link or attachment. It is very important that all customers are vigilant, stay informed of new scams and do not give up access to their sensitive data.
BFA never sends emails or SMS requesting personal information or updating data.
Phishing consists of the type of fraud through which a hacker sends an email and tries to obtain a user's personal and financial data, using the following texts in the subject of the email:
Access to HomeBanking services through these routes increases the risk of encountering fake pages, which aim to capture personal and banking information for subsequent fraudulent use.
If you come across any similar email, delete it immediately and do not follow up any request.
