In line with best practices on internal governance of institutions, credit institutions implement specific, independent, and autonomous means for the reception, processing, and filing of communications regarding irregularities related to their administration, accounting organization, and internal supervision, as well as indications of breaches of duties imposed on these institutions. These means should be proportional to the nature, size, and complexity of the activities carried out by the institution.
To this end, Banco de Fomento de Angola provides a channel for reporting irregularities, through which reports should be made independently, autonomously, securely, confidentially, and impartially.
This channel allows the author of the communication to be contacted while maintaining anonymity, aiming to obtain relevant information for the determination of the facts.
