BFA's Digital Report & Accounts 2017 was distinguished internationally as the best website in the Financial Services category, receiving the Gold Award of Excellence.

The 25th edition of the Communicator Awards is the premier international awards program that aims to distinguish the best in Marketing and Communication worldwide, receiving more than 6,000 applications from companies and agencies from around the world each year.

In addition to this distinction, R&C 2017 was also recognized with the Davey Awards Gold and Silver W3 Awards in the Financial Services and Corporate Communications categories.

BFA Best Exhibitor Expo Uíge

BFA attended the Expo-Uíge, considered the largest business exchange in the province, and returns with the distinction of best exhibitor. A prize that recognizes our commitment and makes us proud. This recognition results from BFA's performance over the years in providing services to leverage the province's economy towards its development.

The exhibition was attended by 310 domestic and foreign companies that exhibited different equipment, food, services and, above all, local products, which were particularly requested.

The bet on diversification of the economy is one of the great opportunities that our country has for the future. If Angola wins, we all win.

Bodiva Award

For the second consecutive year, BFA was recognized by the Angola Debt and Securities Exchange (BODIVA) as a Trading Member.This recognition results from BFA's performance throughout 2018 in providing financial intermediation services in the Secondary Public Debt Market.

In 2018, around 187 trades were carried out on the Angola Debt and Securities Exchange, BFA being the financial institution with the most trades, with a total of 136 trades evaluated.

BODIVA is a management entity whose responsibilities include ensuring the transparency, efficiency and security of transactions in regulated securities markets, with the aim of stimulating the participation of retail investors and competition among all operators.

BFA was distinguished as Bank of the Year in Angola 2018 by the prestigious magazine The Banker of the Financial Times.

Best Corporate Management - World Finance

World Finance magazine distinguished BFA for the fifth consecutive year as the Bank with “Best Corporate Management”. This award is the recognition of effective management while maintaining the highest standards of transparency, sustainability and inclusion, building a solid relationship with customers and stakeholders.
