On 07 and 08 October, TOP Leaders returns to the stage in Luanda, bringing together about 100 leaders of national companies for a deep and immersive reflection on the evolution of leadership.
The programme offers innovative methodologies for companies and people leaders who want to invest in their development, inspiring their teams to obtain more and better results.
In this edition, the theme chosen was "Change and Evolution".Participants will be divided into small groups and challenged to go through a set of "blind experiences" associated with the theme.
The Conference is an initiative of Jason Angola and aims to challenge each participant to explore their potential as managers.
