Procedures for joining the Corporate Agreement

Step 1 - Agreement terms.
Discussions are held with the company to define the following issues of the Agreement:

• Which employees are to be included
• Which products and services are to be included
• What level of participation the company wishes to have in the business agreement

Step 2 - Setting out the process for accessing Products.

• Setting out the operational process for accessing products under the Corporate Agreement and the related SLAs
• Drawing up and signing an agreement between the company and BFA, setting out the agreed terms and conditions.

Step 3 - Announcing the Agreement.
Announcing the products, the eligibility requirements and the application process to the company’s employees. The announcement may be made by BFA or by the company itself.
