• Full certificate of incorporation, endorsed by management 
• Bylaws published in the Diário da República 
• Tax identification number (NIF)

Company representatives and attorneys

• Identity document 
• Power of attorney with authority to transact on the account (where attorneys have been appointed)

All documents must be delivered in the original or notarized photocopy.
Only powers of attorney with no time limit, in original or notarized form, shall be accepted.

Special cases

State-owned enterprises, budgetary units, diplomatic and consular representations, foundations, NGOs, associations, religious organizations and pension funds.
