Adherence Procedure to the Protocol
1. Determining the conditions of the Protocol
1.1 In collaboration with the company, the following aspects are defined:
- Which employees should be included
- Which products and services are relevant to include
- The level of participation the company intends to have in the commercial agreement

2. Defining the product contracting process
2.1 Define the operational process for contracting products under the protocol and the respective SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
2.2 Draft and sign a contract that formalizes the agreement between the company and BFA, where the agreed conditions are defined.

3.Protocol Communication
3.1 Inform the company's employees about the products, access conditions, and the respective contracting process. Communication can be provided by BFA or the company itself.
